SCREEN PRINTING:
(Screen printing) is a method in which the logo is transferred to the product using a special stencil (mesh). The method ensures a clear and high-quality design representation on various surfaces.
MATERIALS ON WHICH WE PRINT:
ADVANTAGES:
DISADVANTAGES:
LOGO FILE PREPARATION:
Vector graphics from the PANTONE Coated (C) palette are required. File formats: cdr, eps, pdf, ai. Text and lines should be created as non-editable objects. Graphics should be as simplified as possible, without tonal transitions, transparency and special effects.
SUBLIMATION:
Sublimation printing is an indirect printing technology in which the design is initially printed on special sublimation paper, but then transferred to the selected product with a heat press. The color is permanently absorbed into the material structure, so the print is durable, long-lasting and not felt to the touch.
MATERIALS ON WHICH WE PERFORM SUBLIMATION:
ADVANTAGES:
DISADVANTAGES:
Printing can only be done on white fabrics with a polyester composition (the higher the proportion of polyester, the brighter and more vibrant the colors).
LOGO FILE PREPARATION:
The CMYK color palette is used – digital printing. Acceptable file formats: cdr, eps, pdf, ai, jpg. All texts and outlines must be converted to objects (non-editable). Both raster and vector graphics can be used in printing. Full-color printing – individual (spot) colors or special colors cannot be printed. The quality of the print directly depends on the quality of the files sent.
DECAL PRINTING:
Decal printing is an indirect printing method in which the design is first printed on special decal paper, then transferred to the product and fixed using high-temperature thermal treatment. The result is a durable, high-quality and precise print.
MATERIALS ON WHICH WE MAKE DECOR PRINTING:
ADVANTAGES:
DISADVANTAGES:
LOGO FILE PREPARATION:
Vector graphics format (.AI, .EPS, .PDF or .CDR) is preferred. Minimum resolution for raster graphics is 300 dpi. Texts and outlines should be converted to objects (non-editable). The design should be clear and without very fine details to ensure the best print quality
COMPUTER EMBROIDERY:
Computer embroidery - Embroidery is a technique in which the desired design is embroidered using threads. This printing method is very durable, elegant, and is often used to decorate various fabrics.
MATERIALS WE EMBROIDER ON:
ADVANTAGES:
DISADVANTAGES:
LOGO FILE PREPARATION:
Acceptable file formats: cdr, eps, pdf, ai. All texts and outlines must be converted to objects (non-editable). Vector graphics are required. Thread colors are selected according to the PANTONE SOLID COATED (C) catalog. The graphics should be as simple as possible – without special effects, such as color transitions, transparency effects, lenses, etc. Number of colors: from 1 to 4 (from 5 to 10 colors upon request).
DOMING (3D STICKERS):
Doming is a type of printing in which a transparent polyurethane resin layer is applied to a printed sticker, creating a three-dimensional (3D) effect. The resin layer hardens, giving the sticker a relief, aesthetic and exclusive look.
MATERIALS ON WHICH THE DOMING TECHNIQUE IS USED:
ADVANTAGES:
DISADVANTAGES:
LOGO FILES PREPARATION:
Acceptable formats: cdr, eps, pdf, ai, jpg. All texts and contours must be converted to objects (non-editable). Both raster and vector graphics can be used for printing. Full-color printing only – individual (spot) or special colors cannot be printed. Digital printing in the CMYK color palette. The quality of the print directly depends on the quality of the files sent.
DEBOSSING:
Debossing is a technology in which a design is printed onto the surface of a material using a special die (cliché). The logo or pattern is created under high pressure and temperature, creating a relief impression. The color of the print and its intensity depend on the properties of the material on which the print is made. To obtain a colorful effect, a special foil is used on the surface of the product, through which the die is used to print. The print color in this case depends on the color of the selected foil.

LOGO FILES PREPARATION:
Acceptable formats: cdr, eps, pdf, ai. All texts and contours must be converted into objects (non-editable). Vector graphics are required. Graphics must be as simple as possible - without special effects (gradients, translucency, lenses, etc.). The finest elements - lines no smaller than 0.1-0.12 mm. The minimum size for the smallest objects and contours - 0.35 mm..
SCREEN PRINTING THERMO-TRANSFER:
Screen printing is an indirect printing method in which the design is first printed on special transfer paper using the screen printing technique. A special adhesive powder is applied to the printed image, which is activated in a heat tunnel. The prepared design is then transferred to the surface of the product and secured with a heat press.

DTF PRINTING:
DTF (Direct-to-Film) is an indirect digital printing technology in which the design is initially printed on a special transfer film. A special adhesive powder is applied to the film, which is activated in a heat tunnel. The design prepared in this way is transferred to the selected surface and fixed with a heat press, creating a durable and high-quality print.
